Prenton High School

18th February 2016 Go to Education Sector →

Prenton High School is a Girls High School on the Wirral. They wanted to create a washroom environment that was hard wearing, suited to their style and aesthetically pleasing. Negotiating closely with the facilities management team and the staff, we managed to come up with a bespoke solution that ticked all the right boxes.

Even some of the pupils got involved by choosing colours for the laminate, and by looking through Corian samples they chose what they wanted for the vanity island! The bold pink theme is perfect for this Girls High School contrasting with the light wood cubicles and light speckled Corian vanity surface.

The sinks are seamlessly moulded out of the same material as the vanity top making them easy to clean as well as being hygienic. The layout of the whole washroom with the new vanity island makes for a very efficient space as it can be accessed just a few steps from any cubicle. The vanity island also fully incorporates mirrors and lighting.

Sorrento solid grade cubicles were installed in this washroom which gives a smart modern appearance. For this project, Spectrum undertook the whole procedure from demolition through to plumbing in new sanitary ware and sensor flush systems and the installation of our washroom products.

We at spectrum were pleased with the outcome and confident this can work for other projects too.
